Policies

We ask that you arrive at the spa 15 minutes prior to your visit to familiarize yourself with our facility and allowing yourself ample time to fill out any pre-visit paperwork for massages or facial treatments.  Please note that while we will do everything in our power to make sure you get the full time, attention and service you scheduled for, if you are running late we may have to modify a service in order to keep the schedule of other clients.

 

 

Tipping is not required but is appreciated and normal within the spa business.   A tip of 15 -20% is a standard.   While we are happy to assist you by adding a tip to your card or total bill at the end of your services, we do recommend you to tip your stylist or technician in person when possible or convenient.

 

 

Respectfully, we request all of our valued clients turn off their cell phones and keep conversation - particularly in the massage rooms - in low tones out of consideration for other guests who are trying to relax.

 

 

Out of respect for the schedules of our valuable employees, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you must cancel after 24 for hours, we reserve the right to charge for the partial of full amount of the services scheduled.

 

 

Please keep track of your personal belongings and valuables. As many things get lost at the spa, we recommend leaving valued jewelry safely at home.

 

 

We suggest that children remain in the comfort of your own home, as relaxing spa services for adults are often painfully tedious for children to endure or watch.

 


 

If you are unsatisfied with the service you received, we would like know. If there is something we can do, offer, correct, repair, or redo in order to make your spa experience satisfactory, we will.  Your happiness is important to us, not just as a business seeking to keep a clientle, but also as specialists who take pride in our service and in our craft.
