Considerations
For Your Ultimate Enjoyment
We ask that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your visit to familiarize yourself with our facility and enjoy our relaxation room. Respectfully, we request that you turn off pagers and cell phones to ensure total relaxation for yourself and other guests. Visit our salon for your complete hair care needs.
For Your Protection
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. When visiting our spa please leave your jewelry at home.
Reservations
Reservations for appointments $20 and over are assured with a credit card or gift certificate. We recommend that you schedule your appointments well in advance.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to other guests and our team members, please give us 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge. A credit card or gift certificate deposit will be required at the time of booking your reservation.
Children
We love children just as much as you do, however, for the comfort of other guests, we ask that children remain in the comfort of your own home. If children are receiving services, this rule does not apply.
Health Considerations
Prior to your appointment, please notify the Spa Manager and your Therapist if you have allergies, high blood-pressure, heart conditions, physical disabilities or if you are pregnant.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount and expire one year from date of purchase. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service. If you do not have your gift certificate in your possession, you are expected to make payment before you leave. Gift certificates are like cash, and are not replaceable if stolen or lost. If you pay with a credit card we will credit your account within one week, once the gift certificate is brought into the White Rose. If exchange exceeds amount of certificate, customer is required to pay additional charges. All sales, including gift certificates, are final. No cash refunds. Instant Gift Certificate
